  Most importantly, Dr. Bussey is a very good doctor and I like him a lot. His office staff leave A LOT to be desired.
  On more than 1 occasion I have been left on hold for 15+ and the only reason I waited that long before hanging up was just to see how bad these people really are.
  This time, I called to find out when I could come in to get blood work drawn and here's how it started, "Family Practice-Salem County, someone's at my window, HOLD...click". 2 minutes later (yes I timed) I finally received a "live" person.
  I walked in 10 minutes later, no patients were there, nobody at the windows, and 1 person was on the phone. As I stood there and waited, the phone rang and what do I hear..."Family Practice-Salem County, someone's at my window, HOLD...click". The person didn't then take care of me, instead they all chatted with each other about "the size of the kitchen in this apartment, and the full basement, etc."
  The day of my appointment, I show up only to find out that, "the doctor has an emergency...we "tried" to call you." Funny, my phone has no messages and no missed calls so either my phone is lying or they're BSing me...betting on the latter.
  Won't go back there if I'm drawing my last breath. Sorry Dr. Bussey, I do like you as a doctor.
